Partner programme & referrals
1. What this is
Nexterra may operate a partner or referral programme for eligible products and services. The programme is designed to reward approved partners and referrers who introduce genuine business, in line with applicable laws and payment network rules. Not every product or brand in the Nexterra ecosystem participates in the same way; where a product is excluded from payouts, that will be stated in the programme rules available at the time you enrol.
2. Who can participate
Participation is by invitation or application where we offer it, and may require identity verification, tax information, and acceptance of separate commercial terms (including payout arrangements, for example via a regulated payments provider). We may refuse, suspend, or remove participants where we reasonably believe there is a compliance, fraud, or reputational risk.
- You must act honestly and not misrepresent Nexterra, our tools, or pricing.
- Self-referrals (referring yourself, your household, or entities you control) and artificial or circular arrangements are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and closure of accounts.
- Referral benefits apply only where we can attribute a qualifying subscription or transaction in our systems.
3. How attribution works (summary)
When someone arrives from a referral link, we may store a first-party technical identifier (such as a short-lived cookie) and/or log an event server-side to associate the visit with a referrer code. If the visitor later creates an account or becomes a paying customer, we may use that information together with our billing records to determine whether a referral reward is due. Attribution windows, product scope, and commission rates are defined in the programme materials shown when you join and may change with reasonable notice for new activity.
4. Rewards, fees, and taxes
Any commissions, credits, or other benefits are gross amounts unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, and professional advice. We may withhold or delay payouts where required by law or where we are investigating suspected abuse.
5. Marketing & brand use
Unless we give you written permission, you may not use our trade marks as part of your own brand, domain names, paid search keyword advertising that competes unfairly with our official properties, or in a way that suggests endorsement where none exists. Always present accurate pricing and limitations of our tools.
6. Data protection
Processing of personal data in connection with referrals is described in our Privacy policy and, where relevant, the privacy information provided when you enrol in a partner dashboard.
7. Changes and termination
We may update this page and the programme rules from time to time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for new referral activity. We may end the programme or your participation with notice where reasonable.
